Hiring Criteria: NYS Bar or pending admission; 0-3 years of experience
with an interest in real property and litigation. Must have strong
research and writing skills. Recent graduates with an interest in

This Central, New York general practice firm with clients located
throughout Upstate New York is seeking a attorney. Major emphasis in
real property matters involving conveyances, easements, adverse
possession, boundary and surveying disputes, real estate closings,
municipal subdivision applications, zoning and land use issues and other
real property matters.
Position will involve drafting memorandums, pleadings and appellate
briefs. Applicant will also conduct discovery, handle real estate
closings and assist in perfecting appeals. Position provides competitive
